Ashdon Farms will once again supply our sale materials and products for the 2008 Girl Scout Fall Product/Nut Sale. Ashdon Farms has also been selected as the vendor for 2009 when Girl Scouts Spirit of Nebraska Council’s Fall Product sale goes state-wide!

Magazine Program Activity for Junior, Cadette, Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts What is the QSP online program? It is an online learning activity for girls and a way for your family and friends to purchase magazines online. How Does It Work? It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3….just click on the QSP icon below to get started! WARNING……Before going to this on-line program you must have a signed permission form turned into your leader.
	Earn this Cool Patch just for entering 12 email addresses turning in your Detailed Order Report to your leader by Oct 16^th
1. Register 2. Complete the interactive learning activity 3. Order your family’s subscriptions and invite other family members and friends to shop online.

In addition to the patch each girl can earn, her Girl Scout troop will also receive credit for all online orders purchased by December 31^st, 2008. Please login and print the Detailed Order Report to give to your troop leader by October 16^th, 2008 to be eligible for the patch. You can also check throughout the sale to track your progress and enter additional emails to meet your goals quicker! Fall Product/Nut Sale Mini Trainings

Service Units will be hosting Fall Product/Nut Sale Mini Trainings at late August and early September service unit meetings. The mini training is an excellent opportunity for troops that are new to the Fall Product/Nut sale to gain all of the detailed information they need to have a smooth and positive sale experience. The mini training is also beneficial to “seasoned” Fall Product/Nut sale troops who may gain new ideas and resources from discussing the sale with others!

We highly suggest that troops then host a mini Fall Product/Nut sale training with their girls and parents prior to going out and selling. A suggested training outline will be offered at service unit trainings and can be found within the Fall Product/Nut Sale Booklet (available for download below). You will be amazed at how much smoother the sale will go if you take the time to discuss the sale, offer tips for success, and reinforce timelines.

Complete the packet request form found in your registration packet or download the form from the 2008 Fall Product/Nut Sale Packet Request Form #0753 link below.

Fall Product/Nut Sales Packets are available now. Turn in your request early so that you will have your packet for your service unit training.

The packets will include:

All troop levels

Fall Product/Nut Sale Booklet (everything the troop leader needs to know about the sale), Troop Report, Order Cards, Goal Poster, Activity card, Action Wheel, Activity Booklet, Deposit Slips, and Money Envelopes.

Daisy Girl Scout Troops add:

Product Sales Guidelines update and Safety Wise Guidelines update

Junior, Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador troops add:

Magazine Program Activity Flyer, Magazine Program Activity Permission Slips, and Magazine Activity Instructions for girls.
