Girl Scouts - Where Girls Grow Strong

Were you a girl member of Girl Scouts at any time? Were you involved as a Daisy, Brownie, Junior, Cadette, or Senior at any time as a young person? If so, we want you to support Girl Scouting today. Since 1912, nearly 45 million women have been Girl Scouts in the United States.

Nationally some of our Girl Scout Alumnae include the following: Psychologist, Dr. Joyce Brothers; Astronaut, Dr. Kathryn Sullivan; Associate Justice, U.S. Supreme Court, Sandra Day O'Connor; former Secretary of State, Madeline Albright; Olympic gold medalist Jacqueline Joyner-Kersee; "Today Show's" Katie Couric; and "20/20's" Barbara Walters to name a few.

Local Alumnae include: First Lady Stephanie Johanns, Lincoln Mayor, Coleen Seng, former Lt. Governor of the State of Nebraska Kim Robak; and UNL Dean of Libraries, Dr. Joan Giesecke, Homestead Council President of the Board.

Yes, I was a girl member of Girl Scouts. Yes, I want to support Girl Scouting today to help 45 million more girls to GROW STRONG THROUGH GIRL SCOUTING.
